Mount Spokane State Park
Information
25 miles northeast of Spokane on Highway 206.
Trails — 30 K groomed trails run along Linders Ridge. All are loop trails.
Open — Daily, opening time varies between 6:30 and 8 a.m. until dusk, groomed trails Thursdays-Mondays. Night skiing available during certain times of the year; call ski-condition line for details.
Facilities, services — Available at nearby Mount Spokane Ski Area ski shop, two-day lodges, restaurants, bar, day huts, private condominiums on the mountain. Trailhead signs visible for snowshoeing with about four miles of trails.
Child care — Available at the downhill-ski lodges.
Lodging — Bear Creek Lodge is about a quarter-mile from state-park entrance. For details, call 509-238-9114.
Fee — $12 daily Sno-Park fee or $30 Sno-Park Permit. The park also requires a $30 Special Groomed Trails permit.
