Chris Terry, right tackle Ht.: 6-5. Wt.: 295 pounds. College: Georgia. Experience: Sixth season. Nickname: "C.T." What he does best: Long arms and speed are Terry’s trademarks. He is a muscular 295, different from his beefier counterparts. And perhaps no lineman is nastier than Terry, whose size and snarl can intimidate. Terry is a safety’s worst nightmare on a sweep running play. Where he needs improvement: Hard to get past his long arms, but a pass rusher stands a better chance to do so with a straight bull rush. Terry feels he can improve in all areas of his game. "No matter how well I do in a game, I always try to find something wrong and improve on something," he said. "I may have a good game in someone else’s eyes, but as far as I’m concerned, I’m always going to find something wrong, and that may be a strength." The Lav Line: "He’s very light on his feet. He has good hands. He’s a powerful man. I like his skills." Jose Miguel Romero Bill Laveroni gives his comments in The Lav Line. The past two seasons, Laveroni was the team’s assistant line coach, and he takes over this season for Tom Lovat, who retired. Lovat spent 12 years working for coach Mike Holmgren.
