49er sailing

McKee, 38, and brother Jonathon first earned the 49er sailing championship in 1996, the Intergalactic Championship. A Seattle Yacht Club member and Shorecrest High/University of Washington grad, McKee is a veteran sailor who has also coached the U.S. Olympic Boardsailing team (1992) and was a 1988 Olympic bronze medalist in the 470 class. He was US Sailing's 1997 athlete of the year.
