Personal: The Boone, as he likes to call himself, lives in Seattle with his wife, Suzi, and their daughter, Savannah (8), son Jacob (6) and twin sons Judah and Isaiah (8 months).

2005 outlook: With the addition of Beltre and Sexson, Boone will move from third to fifth in the order. If Boone follows his good year-bad year pattern with the Mariners, he's due for a good one after hitting just .251 last season.
