Recreation and Conservation Legacy program (general obligation bonds _ $215,750,000)
Shall King County undertake the Recreation and Conservation Legacy Program of capital improvements to preserve salmon habitat, restore recreational facilities, acquire parks and playfields, and protect greenways, natural resource lands and waterways throughout King County and issue $215,750,000 of general obligation bonds, maturing within a maximum of 30 years, and shall the County be authorized to levy property taxes annually in excess of regular taxes, to repay such bonds, all as provided in Ordinance 12392?

Maintenance endowment levy
