Kenmore City Council, Pos. 2

The issue of gambling and whether the city should ban cardrooms is once again at the center of a Kenmore election. Rae Kelly, who works at Kenmore's only cardroom, is running against anti-gambling candidates Laurie Sperry and Patrick O'Brien.

Once again, Kenmore is considering the issue of gambling in the city. Six candidates are running to fill a seat currently held by the city's first mayor, Jack Crawford. One candidate, Lou Ann King, works at Kenmore's only cardroom, and is running against candidates with a variety of views of the cardroom issue.
