I want to reverse the trend of government getting bigger, more expensive and more intrusive every year, with an ever-diminishing emphasis on moral values.

1. cut taxes: B&O tax, state share of property tax, motor-vehicle excise tax
2. reduce intrusive regulations in all areas such as the Growth Management Act
3. return education control to parents and their locally elected school boards
