Through 20 years of marriage, Jeff and Betsy Meyer were equal partners, one working days, one nights, as they raised two children. Their dreams were modest: a few home hobbies, time with family, travel once they retired. Those dreams are eroding since Betsy, 48, was diagnosed with early-onset dementia.
