| I remember when I was little, I'm half Korean, we would bathe outside in the summertime, and it sort of reminds me of that. Being in the nude and bathing outside with my sisters and my mother or my auntie scrubbing me. I told my mother I had been going to this bathhouse and she said, 'Just like in Korea!' and she got really excited. I'm going to have to take her. It has a huge effect in terms of me identifying with my body and being OK with my body and taking care of it in a very heightened sense.
My big plan, if I'm still here, after (my daughter) comes of age and has her first period, I thought I would bring her to celebrate her body and being a woman. And also see women and what they look like and what she's going to look like. I think it's a very healthy thing.
