For me, it's almost a spiritual experience. I commune with the higher-ups and ask for health for my body and visualize a stream of saline solution coming into my head and then washing all of my body. I visualize what I call the cosmic vacuum cleaner. As I cleanse my brain, it starts in the back of my head and sucks out all the toxins. I actually see murky water inside of me and that gets all sucked out, and I'm all nice and clean in that part, and then I move further down into my throat and do the same thing there. This way, I internally visualize cleansing my whole body.
