How to navigate downtown without the bus tunnel

Tonight, the Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel closes for up to two years. Here's how nearly
100,000 bus riders — and tens of thousands of downtown drivers — will be affected.

BUS RIDERS

21 bus routes relocated to surface streets: The maps below show only relocated tunnel routes.
More than 70 Metro and Sound Transit routes have changes to their downtown routing.

CAR DRIVERS

Cars restricted on Third Avenue from 6 to 9 a.m. and 3 to 7 p.m.
Cars will be allowed to drive only one block on Third before making a right turn.
