Donald Hellmann is a professor at the Jackson School and specialist in the Japanese political economy, Asia and U.S. foreign policy. He has been an adjunct scholar at the American Enterprise Institute and is a frequent consultant to the National Security Council, the U.S. Department of State and other government and public policy organizations.

He said it: I think George Bush and his advisers are not conservatives. They are radicals. They are the most radical group of people we have had running our government, perhaps, since WWII. I don't say that invidiously.
