If you need information about a business or wish to file a complaint against one, the state Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau are good places to start.

The Washington State Attorney General
Accepts complaints but cannot represent individual consumers in court. If you wish to view complaints filed against a company, under the public disclosure law, you have the right to do so. Phone and ask to have the "Public Disclosure Form" mailed to you.
