Look, ladies — free swimsuits!

OK, you caught us. There's no such thing as "free." But you can score one of the season's hottest swimsuits and be professionally fitted in it — if you agree to be photographed in it (tastefully) and interviewed. The story and photos will appear in a coming issue of Gender: F, The Seattle Times' quarterly section for women.

We're looking to feature all body types and a range of suits from modest to sizzling. Interested? Just fill out the following questionnaire for your chance at a swimsuit.

The deadline for submitting your questionnaire is May 22. All participants must be 18 years of age or older.
