OK Oscar fashionistas, here’s your chance to improve on the stars, with the return of our Oscar Dress Contest! Yes, we know Halle Berry does pretty well on her own, but don’t you think you could do better? Don’t be catty, be proactive! Here's how: Print and cut out (or download) this paper doll image, and put your own vision of the perfect Oscar dress on it. Use whatever you want. Crayons, taffeta, cotton balls, digital imaging software, the world’s smallest sequins, anything. Creativity counts. Mail it back to us at this address: Seattle Times Oscar Dress Contest, P.O.
