Kim Chi Bistro

Reader rating: Rate it now

Tucked into the Alley building near Broadway and John, Kim Chi offers a short menu of Korean classics. Bi bim bap (rice, vegetables, beef and egg in a bowl that just came out of the oven) is a delicious accident waiting to happen. Yuk gae jang is one of the spiciest beef noodle soups you'll ever try. The menu, which initially featured beef in nearly every dish, is adapting to the neighborhood and now offers several vegetarian choices. And, of course, all orders come with homemade kimchi (spicy pickled cabbage).
