Restaurant | French
It's named for chef/owner Vuong Loc's hometown, but the food is more French than American. The short, ambitious seasonal menu is equal parts small plates and entrees, which are uniformly delicious whether built around meat, fish or poultry. Sauces tend to be light - often just pan juices bolstered with wine or aromatics; sides are never perfunctory. Deferential service complements the atmosphere of a cosmopolitan pied-à-terre, but space is not much bigger than a baguette.
