Akasaka Restaurant
Reader rating: Rate it now
Sure, Akasaka is the name of a neighborhood in Tokyo, and there's a sushi bar inside the restaurant, but it's hard to get past the great Korean food at this longtime Federal Way favorite. More than a dozen types of kim chi and other appetizers are made in-house and served at no charge with your meal (don't miss the spicy cucumber). Bulkogi and short ribs may be grilled at your table (the short ribs are hand-sliced, not frozen and shaved thin), or choose from a wide variety of seafood, rice and noodle dishes. Open for lunch and dinner.
