Bisato

Chef Scott Carsberg goes casual, transforming his former temple of haute Italian cuisine (Lampreia) into this breezily elegant Venetian-style snack bar, complete with exposed kitchen, a mix of counter and table seating and a menu of roughly two dozen exquisitely crafted small plates. Restaurant review
Bisato, the successor to Lampreia, stands as worthy showcase for chef Scott Carsberg (May 28, 2010)
By Providence Cicero
Chef Scott Carsberg, longtime owner of Lampreia, changed the name of the restaurant to Bisato, renovated the interior and turned the new restaurant into a more casual dining experience without losing the culinary quality that made Lampreia a standout.
