Bisato, the successor to Lampreia, stands as worthy showcase for chef Scott Carsberg (May 28, 2010)

Chef Scott Carsberg, longtime owner of Lampreia, changed the name of the restaurant to Bisato, renovated the interior and turned the new restaurant into a more casual dining experience without losing the culinary quality that made Lampreia a standout.
