Plum Bistro
Critic rating: ![]()
The best of the upscale vegan dishes -- the tempeh burger, collard greens, fried okra and Mama Africa salad -- deftly combine smoke, heat and sassy Cajun/Jamaican spice. Candles, flowers and elegant glassware (for vegan wine and beer) soften the setting.
