bin on the lake
Critic rating: ![]()
Chef Dylan Giordan (new as of Jan. 2012) brings a seasonal focus and an Italian sensibility to the menu at this wine-focused lakeside restaurant. With more than 80 wines available by the glass in one to six-ounce pours, and hundreds by the bottle, it's ideal for grape-loving bons vivants. Prices are high but you'll dine in upholstered comfort in a room with a gorgeous view, and you won't have to shout to be heard across the table.
