Roasted Cauliflower and Fontina Cream- Roasted Cauiflower baked with Fontina cheese cream topped with green onion curls and fried prosciutto (GF) (Can Be V)

Wild Boar Tenderloin with Gorgonzola Mustard sauce served with roasted fingerling potatoes and seasonal market vegetables

Pan Seared Lamb Loin- Seared boneless lamb loin with almond and mint pesto and tomato cucumber relish, served with Volterra mashed potatoes and seasonal market vegetable (GF)

Seafood Stew- Mediterranean mussels, Manila clams, wild gulf prawns, steamed in a saffron and tomato broth with fennel, onions and toasted almonds(GF)

Fusil with Pesto Cream- Corkscrew pasta tossed in a basil pesto cream sauce with sun dried tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, grated Grana Padano, and topped with soft goat cheese(V)

Don Curtiss and Michelle Quisenberry have transformed an old familiar space - Burk's Café - into an intriguing new place where Curtiss creates straightforward seasonal Italian fare inspired by much time spent in Tuscany and many years in some of Seattle's favorite Italian kitchens.
