Romance is always on the menu at Serafina, where you're easily seduced by the kitchen's signature dish, melanzana alla Serafina, a delicate composition of thin-sliced eggplant rolled with ricotta and basil, layered with Parmesan, baked in tomato sauce and draped over angel-hair pasta. Pair that with the house salad (butter lettuce cavorting with champagne vinaigrette), and lunch becomes a luscious luxury.
