Traffic alert: Downed tree closes Juanita Drive in Kenmore
Posted by John de Leon
Crews from Kenmore's Public Works Department are working to remove a tree that fell on power lines over Juanita Drive at Northeast at 163rd Street. Detours are in place.
Puget Sound Energy has also responded, but it wasn't immediately known if there are any power outages. The city gave no estimate of when the street might be opened.
High winds overnight forced down numerous trees and caused several power outages in the region.
