Coast Guard to hold rescue demonstration Wednesday on Elliott Bay

The Coast Guard is planning a search-and-rescue demonstration from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday on Elliott Bay.
An HH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew from Astoria, Ore., MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew from Port Angeles, a C-130 Hercules search aircraft crew from Sacramento, Calif., and a small boat crew from the Coast Guard's Station Seattle will conduct hoists and drop rescue equipment during the exercise. This demonstration will include low-flying aircraft along the Seattle waterfront.
