Active-duty military personnel and their families will be given free admission at the Museum of Glass through Labor Day (Sept. 6.). Valid military identification is required. Museum hours: 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday (until 8 p.m. third Thursdays), noon-5 p.m. Sunday. 1801 Dock St., Tacoma; regular admission $5-$12 (866-468-7386 or www.museumofglass.org).
