"Paul McCartney: Good Evening New York City," 10 p.m. (ABC): Following in the footsteps of the Beatles in 1965, who were among the first musicians to play at Shea Stadium, McCartney christened Citi Field with two concerts in July, which have been winnowed into this hourlong special.
