"White Collar," 10 p.m. (USA): A New York City mafia kingpin enlists help from Peter and the FBI after his precious Bible disappears; Neal finds himself in a tango with a sexy female villain and must decide where his loyalty truly lies.

"Lobstermen," 10 p.m. (Discovery): The Direction is hit by a rogue wave; Norbert goes to war with a rogue lobsterman; Tim fights with his inexperienced crew.
