'Scream 2009'
Hey, it's not award-show season! Then again, this doesn't look like your run-of-the-mill award show. Spike TV offers up its fourth annual event honoring all things horror, sci-fi and fantasy. Categories include best comic-book artist, most memorable mutilation and the ultimate scream. Expect appearances from the folks involved with the new "Star Trek," the "Saw" films and the TV show "True Blood." 10 tonight, Spike (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
