'Trauma'

Another medical drama? At last count there are three new medical shows on the air this fall. This one comes from executive producer Peter Berg ("Friday Night Lights"), is set in San Francisco and features a cast of mostly unknowns. The excellent Jamey Sheridan (of "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" and the miniseries "The Stand") is reason enough to give this new show a look. Series premiere at 9 tonight, NBC (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
