"Trouble the Water" (2008), 8:30 p.m. (HBO): Kimberly Rivers Roberts, a 24-year-old resident of the Lower Ninth Ward in New Orleans, documented Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath with her video camera; the filmmakers Tia Lessin and Carl Deal met Roberts at a Red Cross shelter and made her the centerpiece of this movie, which was nominated for an Academy Award for best documentary feature.
"Parks and Recreation," 8:30 p.m. (NBC): Leslie (Amy Poehler) recruits a reporter to do a story on her park project but has trouble staying on message.
"Grey's Anatomy," 9 p.m. (ABC): Izzie (Katherine Heigl) endures her cancer treatment by planning the wedding of Derek (Patrick Dempsey) and Meredith (Ellen Pompeo).
"Harper's Island," 10 p.m. (CBS): An apparent suicide makes both the locals and the wedding guests nervous.
