"Grey's Anatomy," 9 p.m. (ABC): Izzie (Katherine Heigl) endures her cancer treatment by planning the wedding of Derek (Patrick Dempsey) and Meredith (Ellen Pompeo).
"Harper's Island," 10 p.m. (CBS): An apparent suicide makes both the locals and the wedding guests nervous.
