Meteorologist returning to KING 5 News
Meteorologist Shannon O'Donnell is returning to KING 5 News on Dec. 17. The Seattle native and University of Washington graduate worked at KOMO-TV, NorthWest Cable News and KING 5 before working the past six years at the NBC affiliate KNTV in San Francisco.
Meteorologist Shannon O'Donnell is returning to KING 5 News on Dec. 17. The Seattle native and University of Washington graduate worked at KOMO-TV, NorthWest Cable News and KING 5 before working the past six years at the NBC affiliate KNTV in San Francisco, where she provided local weather cutins for "The Today Show" and vacation relief for "Early Today."
O'Donnell, who worked for seven years at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration before beginning her broadcast career, will anchor the weather on KING 5 News at 10 p.m. (on KONG) and also work weeknights on NorthWest Cable News.
