Microsoft calls this "sentiment extraction," but what it means is that Bing gathers and summarizes a bunch of reviews from the Web:

It looks like Bing is going to be an outstanding tool for travel shopping. Maybe Microsoft shouldn't have spun off Expedia:

I'll bet Microsoft is wishing it still operated Sidewalk, the directory/listings service it built and folded during the Web 1.0 era. Bing offers Sidewalk version 3.0:
