The Storm cut 2007 draft pick Brandie Hoskins on Saturday.
The 5-foot-9 guard was drafted in the third round out of Ohio State by Anne Donovan, formerly the Storm's coach and director of player personnel.
Donovan believed Hoskins, who suffered an Achilles injury during her senior season, would be a solid reserve this year for Seattle.
Hoskins spent a year rehabilitating the injury, and played in Greece to get ready for this season's training camp. But she landed behind the other more versatile guards in training camp.
The Storm roster now stands at 20 players; just 13 are in camp, including Saturday arrival Doneeka Lewis, with several still playing overseas.
The team is off today and will resume camp on Monday. The team opens its exhibition season at Chicago on Tuesday.
