Gracia has overall bareback riding lead at CNFR
Dusty Gracia of Southwestern Oklahoma State University kept an overall lead in bareback riding with a 71.5-point ride in the third round of the College National Finals Rodeo.
Dusty Gracia of Southwestern Oklahoma State University kept an overall lead in bareback riding with a 71.5-point ride in the third round of the College National Finals Rodeo.
Gracia is second in the round, but was successful enough on his first two rides to finish with 227 points for the overall lead. Denver DeRose of Dawson Community College in Glendive, Mont., is in second place with 212 points. He finished third in the round with a 71-point ride.
Bryan Martinat from Western Texas College had an 80-point effort in saddle bronc riding to take the lead in the third round. He also leads the overall standings with 231.5 points.
The third round will continue through Friday, and the finals will begin Saturday.
