Western Kentucky beats Arkansas-Little Rock 79-47
Steffphon Pettigrew scored 27 points to lead Western Kentucky to a 79-47 victory over Arkansas-Little Rock on Saturday night.

The Hilltoppers (9-4, 3-0 Sun Belt Conference) scored the first 14 points and held the Trojans (9-5, 2-1) without a point for the first 10:47 of the game.
Western Kentucky sealed the game with a 9-0 run to start the second half.
Pettigrew was 12 of 16 from the floor to help the Hilltoppers shoot 56 percent from the field (28 of 50). The Trojans shot just 34.9 percent (15 of 43).
A.J. Slaughter added 15 points for Western Kentucky.
Brandon Patterson led Arkansas-Little Rock with nine points.
