SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. —

Ryan Mole rushed for three touchdowns and James Noble tied a school record with his 32nd career TD run as Cal Poly defeated Idaho State 49-10 Saturday night.

Mole finished with 140 yards on just eight carries, as the Mustangs improved to 6-1 on the season. Idaho State, which surrendered 459 rushing yards, fell to 0-9.

Jordan Yocum also cracked the 100-yard mark rushing for Cal Poly, gaining a career-high 116 yards on eight carries and scoring twice on runs of 39 and 42 yards.

Cal Poly's Ramses Barden caught a touchdown pass for the 16th consecutive game, adding to his school record and moving to within one of Jerry Rice's NCAA mark of 17. Last week Barden broke Rice's record of 26 career games with at least one touchdown catch.
