Sounders FC signs midfielder Sanna Nyassi
Sanna Nyassi, a 19-year-old from Gambia, is the third player signed by Sounders FC.

Seattle Sounders FC announced the signing of the team's third player today, midfielder Sanna Nyassi of Gambia.
Nyassi, 19, was a member of Gambia's U-20 national team that played in the 2007 FIFA championships. Nyassi is on loan from Sounders FC to the United Soccer Leagues First Division Sounders for the remainder of the season, and is expected to be available to play Saturday night when the USL Sounders host Miami FC.
Nyassi tried out for Major League Soccer's New England Revolution last summer. His twin brother, Sainey Nyassi, was signed by the Revolution and starts for that club.
"Sanna is a very technical player, strikes the ball well with both feet, and he has lightning quickness," Sounders FC general manager Adrian Hanauer said in a statement. "He has enormous potential and if he works extremely hard, he could have a very long and successful career in MLS."
The 5-foot-8, 145-pound Nyassi is the third player to sign a contract with Sounders FC, joining USL Sounders teammate Sebastien Le Toux and goalkeeper Kasey Keller.
