KIRKLAND — Cornerback Josh Wilson, the Seahawks' second-round draft choice, has signed a four-year deal with the team, it was announced today.
Financial terms were not known, but Wilson was at team headquarters today on the day when all rookies were to report for training camp.
The Seahawks also announced that defensive end Baraka Atkins, the first of two of their fourth-round picks, has signed his contract.
Seattle released former UW running back Kenny James to make room for Wilson on the roster. Wilson was the last remaining draft choice to agree to a deal after Atkins and defensive tackle Brandon Mebane reached deals earlier this week.
Also, single game tickets for Seahawks games go on sale Monday at 10 a.m. Fans can purchase a maximum of six tickets per game and are available through the team Web site at www.seahawks.com or by calling Ticketmaster at (888) NFL-HAWK.
