Seahawks defensive back Jordan Babineaux is the lone restricted free agent not to have signed his one-year tender, but he is expected to participate in the team's mandatory mini-camp this weekend at Kirkland headquarters.
The NFL deadline for a restricted free agent to sign an offer sheet from another team after the original team had a week to match the offer was April 27. The other four Seahawks' restricted free agents — Sean Locklear, D.J. Hackett, Niko Koutouvides and Craig Terrill — signed their tenders before the deadline.
Babineaux, his agent said, will sign a workout agreement, a waiver that allows him to practice. It's unclear when he will sign the tender, which would pay the fourth-year pro $1.3 million in salary for 2007.
