The Seattle Thunderbirds will open the second round of the Western Hockey League playoffs on the road. Seattle will play Vancouver at 7:30 p.m. Friday and 7 p.m. Saturday at Pacific Coliseum.
The Everett Silvertips will host Prince George in their first two games, 7:35 p.m. Friday and 7:05 p.m. Saturday.
Baseball
Washington State (16-13) fell 8-1 to host San Francisco.
Men's golf
Whitworth rallied from a five-stroke deficit to tie Linfield for the team title at the Northwest Conference Spring Classic at Classic Country Club in Graham.

Seattle University's Erin Martin was Great Northwest Athletic Conference softball pitcher of the week.
