Seahawks defensive end Bryce Fisher appeared in Kirkland Municipal Court today on a charge of fourth-degree assault.
The charge stems from a domestic dispute with his wife early on the morning of April 11, Fisher's attorney confirmed today.
Fisher, 29, was arrested and booked that night after during which police were called, necessitating a mandatory arrest. The Renton native "cooperated fully," his attorney Bill Bowman said, and was arraigned later in the day.
Bowman said the pretrial hearing will resume on Dec. 6 of this year in Kirkland Court. Bowman expects a resolution to the matter by that time.
Fourth-degree assault is a gross misdemeanor charge.
