PORTLAND Jeff Harris and two Tacoma relievers combined on a seven-hit shutout as the Rainiers beat Portland 1-0 last night for their seventh consecutive Pacific Coast League victory. A night after the Rainiers rallied to beat Fresno 11-7 behind A.J. Zapp's nine runs batted in, pitchers dominated last night's game. Harris (4-3) allowed four hits in seven innings. Tim Christman pitched the eighth and Tony Runion the ninth for his fourth save for Tacoma. Jim Horner scored the only run in the fifth inning on Mike Collins' single.
