EDMONTON, Alberta Matt Cepicky's two-run double in the bottom of the ninth gave the Edmonton Trappers a 6-5 come-from-behind win over the Tacoma Rainiers in a Pacific Coast League game yesterday. Rainiers starter Gil Meche left with a 4-2 lead after allowing two runs on six hits in seven innings. But relievers Jeff Harris and Tim Cristman each allowed a run in the eighth to give up the lead. In the ninth, walks to Anthony Medrano and Val Pascucci put two men on with two outs for Cepicky, who came through against Tacoma's Randy Williams (5-2) with the winning hit, his second of the day. Gary Majewski picked up the win out of the bullpen and evened his record at 1-1. Rainiers catcher Ryan Christianson, the Mariners' first-round draft pick (11th overall) in the 1999 draft, hit his first home run of the season and finished 2 for 4 with a triple and two runs batted in. Edmonton improved its record to 53-48. Tacoma, which leads the Northwest Division, dropped to 53-46.
