High School Sports By Seattle Times staff
Two senior football players from high schools in the South Puget Sound League South Division have been named to USA Today's All-USA first team. Aaron Klovas, a 6-foot-6, 300-pound offensive lineman from Bethel, and Ryan Burks, a 6-foot, 180-pound punter from Decatur, were selected for the team. Klovas, considered one of the state's top recruiting prizes, is believed to have narrowed his college choices to UCLA, Oregon and Washington State. Burks, who punted 42 times for a 46.1-yard average, is undecided on a college.
