EPL teams linked with summer trips to U.S., could they be coming to Seattle?
Posted by Joshua Mayers
A coworker passed along this link about MLS wanting English Premier League teams to invest in the league. Toward the end of the story there was a sentence that could have been an afterthought, if not for watchful eyes.
Some English clubs already play in the U.S. in the summer, with Manchester United, Manchester City and Tottenham possibly making the trip this July.
Sounds like the time period that the Sounders FC could be hosting a big club for a high-profile friendly. What would you think of those clubs coming to Qwest?
Could something like this be what the team is announcing tomorrow morning?
