Brief practice report, Day 6 of Sounders FC training camp

Freddie Ljungberg was back and he appears to be in good shape but probably isn't as fit as many of his teammates. He had a shot on goal during 7-on-7 play but missed it and shouted in frustration. Coach Sigi Schmid said his touch needs a little fine-tuning, but as Ljungberg is a veteran, it shouldn't take long.
Michael Fucito had a big day with a hat trick during the scrimmage drill.

Schmid said he wants Ljungberg to score more goals this season and that he could be either a second forward or an attacking midfielder.
