Listening in on Western Conference final conference call

It was earlier today and featured Dynamo coach Dominic Kinnear, forward Brian Ching, Galaxy coach Bruce Arena and forward Landon Donovan.
Mostly national soccer types asked the questions. A lot of names I have heard and read, even someone I've met, Andrea Canales from goal.com. The site is reporting that Peter Vermes is no longer interim coach in Kansas City, that midfielder Dax McCarty has signed a new deal with FC Dallas and that Preki is out as Chivas USA head coach, in favor of Martin Vasquez.
"Coming off a two-game series with Seattle, I think the team has a lot of confidence," Ching said. "We've been there before. I think that's what you saw in the first round of the playoffs."
Arena was asked about his defense, Donovan and other "heroes" of the team's success and how David Beckham has blended in with the rest of the team.
