A possible fine for Marcelo Saragosa of Chivas USA?

Here is the moment of Saturday's match, as captured nicely by Rick Morrison, when Fredy Montero was kicked in the face by Saragosa. Wonder if the league fines him. Saragosa was red-carded for the action.
I asked Fredy -- who BTW was at the Just Sports at Southcenter this afternoon when I was at the mall -- about what he thought about the incident.
"Creo que era peligrosisimo, " Montero said. Meaning: "I think it was very dangerous."
Then I asked him if he was more surprised than hurt. "Si. Un poco de los dos."
Meaning: "Yes, a little of both."
