Say hello to Sounders FC trialist Reda Doulyazal, and today's news

Posted by Jose Romero

The Moroccan national was indeed at training today at Starfire. The midfielder/attacking wing is in the middle of this photo wearing orange.

More from practice today:

-Midfielder Brad Evans was back with the team after spending the month with the U.S. Gold Cup team. He returned to Seattle Monday.

-All-Star forward Fredy Montero has apparently designed his own soccer shoe -- green and white as per his request. Montero and fellow All-Stars Kasey Keller and Jhon Kennedy Hurtado just did some jogging around the field today. Montero then had an ice wrap over the back of his left upper leg, and I asked coach Sigi Schmid if he had a hamstring problem but he didn't say if it was. Schmid said Montero had the injury before the All-Star Game and asked All-Star coach Dominic Kinnear to limit Montero to 45 minutes of action last night. Kinnear obliged, Montero didn't do anything to aggravate the injury and Schmid expects him to play Sunday at San Jose.

-Schmid said he believes defender Leonardo Gonzalez of Costa Rica has all his work visa paperwork in order and will arrive in Seattle tonight or tomorrow morning, if there are no delays in the process.
